Scholarship Application
This scholarship was established to promote the higher education of students who attended Windy Hill Middle School. The scholarship is funded by the Windy Hill Middle PTSO.
Amount of scholarship: $1,000
Scholarship will be awarded by the Windy Hill Middle PTSO Board of Directors based on the following criteria:
1. Academic achievement
2. Extra-curricular activities
3. Community involvement
4. Quality of essay
**Once you complete the form below, please submit the following requirements, all in the same email, via windyhillptso@gmail.com to complete your application process.
Subject line should read 'Scholarship, Your Name'.
All requirements are due May 1, 2024
1. High school transcripts
2. Word Document essay, 500 words or less, answering the following three questions:
a) How did you benefit from attending Windy Hill Middle School?
b) What are your career goals?
c) How do you plan to reach these goals?
